My name is Rachel M  and I give suggestions to improve the transport system in our city. Here are my proposals.

 How optimize station place?

Give public transport priority at traffic signals.

How Speed-up the vehicle boarding process?

Use proof-of-payment fare collection.

Use low floor vehicles.

Improve vehicle design.

Use real time data to:

Control public transport operations.

Provide accurate information to our customers.
